Quality handcrafted shoes, honest & integrity guarantee.
Bought these a few weeks back for a upcoming trip and needed to expedite the shipping after I ordered them to get them in time. Customer services was extremely helpful and got them delivered on time. These loafers are the most comfortable I have ever worn. There is no break-in period. They are supportive and well constructed. I normally wear a size 9.5 or 10. I purchased a size 9 and they fit like a glove. I suggest sizing down if you are between sizes and do not wear with socks as that may tend to stretch them out more so. Overall I am extremely happy with these loafers and will be ordering them again in a different color.
Flimsy material construction.
Super cozy, and handsome. A tiny bit narrow, but stretched nicely within the first evening of wear.
The customer service for Jack Erwin is horrendous! I have been trying to exchange a product for over 2 weeks and no response from the company. When I submitted the exchange online I was told my exchange had to be reviewed and then they’d send me a label to return the original shoes. Still no label and no answers from emails. Don’t shop this brand!
Love these loafers. Perfect fit, extremely comfortable, feels like butter.
