They told me to pick my original size and I did. My 1st order was a completely different shoe AND size. So I returned it as customer service helped me asap. I told them I needed this loafer for the weekend for an event. 2nd attempt it finally came in time 9-30-26 and STILL the loafer was too big by one size! Now here I am with a 3rd attempt on getting a shoe/boot I like. The loafer is out of the question now since my event is on Saturday. Very disappointed for sure. I will update if they respond back or not. Not a great experience thus far.

Quality has deteriorated significantly and customer service really does not matter.
Stay way from this bend unfortunately.
